The brief
Al-Tawil Accounting and Auditing ran on email attachments, WhatsApp threads, and files spread across the office’s machines, each holding its own copy and none of them the reliable one. Finding last year’s filing for a client meant asking whoever remembered where it was.
What I built
An Arabic and English platform. Staff run the whole firm behind role based permissions. A client’s account can only ever open that client’s own files. Encrypted storage, two factor authentication on every staff account, and an audit trail built around Lebanon’s ten year retention requirement.
Two AI assistants ship with it. One answers questions from visitors on the public site. The internal one is permission scoped, so it can only ever see the companies the person asking is allowed to see.

Where it stands
Live at altawil.net since July 2026, with 59 client companies migrated into the system and staff accounts provisioned. Full RTL Arabic and English, dark mode, every uploaded file scanned for malware overnight, protection against abuse, controls over who can reach what, and locked down email.
